Learn to walk the labyrinth as a self-care and mindfulness tool. Sadelle Wiltshire will give a brief introduction to the labyrinth and offer an experiential labyrinth walk as a mindfulness practice using an 18-foot canvas labyrinth. Small finger labyrinths for those who are more comfortable sitting will be available. A short film will also be shown.
