Find What You're Dreaming Of!
The southeastern 'gateway to Vermont,' Brattleboro promises shopping, dining, lodging and a full range of services to travelers along Interstate 91. Our Brattleboro Next 3 Exits sign, positioned at the Welcome Center in Guilford, is seen by the more than 1.5 million sojourners who visit the center and the countless (millions!) more who continue on their way into our beautiful Vermont.
Each of our I-91 exits leads to one of the four separate business and services "communities" within the very borders of the town.
For travelers coming north into Vermont this is the first chance to find what they're looking for after the Guilford Welcome Center.
For travelers exiting at Exit 2, there are several destinations. Heading west, the first will be West Brattleboro. Going further west there's Marlboro, and further, the Deerfield Valley, the towns of Wilmington and the ski resorts of Mount Snow and West Dover and Stratton Mountain. Head east and in two miles you'll hit Downtown Brattleboro's historic business district.
The second most-used Exit in the state provides access to a full range of services for the traveler and resident. One can go north on Route 5 toward the village of Putney, west over the Connecticut River to New Hampshire, or take advantage of this convenient shopping, dining and lodging opportunity. One can even wend their way south to Downtown for more of the "real" Brattleboro experience.
