Brattleboro Area Hospice

Brattleboro Area Hospice offers care and support to our community members and their families who are facing the end of life or grieving the loss of a loved one, and to educate the community on the issues of death, dying and grieving. All our services are free of charge.  All our services are non-medical; we partner with local nursing agencies and medical institutions to coordinate care.
