We stop leaks!  We stabilize walls!  We  stop leaks in concrete basements with a low-cost injection treatment. We inject cracks in concrete foundations to permanently stop the leak in the crack. We stabilize concrete block foundations and concrete walls with carbon fiber products. We also stop leaks around well lines, electrical lines & sewer lines.

We install replacement lally columns when old ones are either rusty or temporary.  Replacing temporary lally columns is critical for the sound support of a house!

Waterproofing for Dampness, Seepage & Efflorescence: There are tiny pores in concrete walls and floors that can absorb water, resulting in mold and mildew build-up. We apply a waterproofing concrete sealer that soaks into the concrete and interlocks to create a continuous barrier. This sealer application will keep your basement dry, blocking out water seepage and efflorescence through concrete, concrete block, and cinder block.
