HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services)

HCRS is a community mental health agency designated by the State of Vermont to serve individuals and families in Windham and Windsor counties who are dealing with the challenges of mental health, substance use, or developmental disability issues. Founded in 1967, HCRS serves people of all ages, not only addressing their mental health, substance use, or developmental disability needs, but also providing supports for clients around employment, housing, transportation, and other needs. Our vision for the community is that people feel inspired, empowered, and supported to lead healthy and meaningful lives.
